Return Policy

At Volures, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unused or unworn – with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@volures.com. Returns must be sent to the appropriate address, which may vary depending on your region. We will provide detailed instructions and the correct return address via email.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need is to return your original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

In some cases, we offer free size exchanges. If your item doesn't fit, please email us and we’ll review possible options. For exchanges involving colours, styles, or different products, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.


Cancellations
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cancellations, as our warehouse automatically processes orders and generates shipping labels within 12 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel, you’ll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and return it in accordance with our return policy.

In some cases, we may be able to update details such as shipping address, size, or variant before the parcel is dispatched. If you notice an issue, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@volures.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition – unused or unworn – with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@volures.com for further assistance.
